SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller has obtained your personal data insofar as you provided them directly by sending your curriculum vitae by e-mail and/or by completing the dedicated form on the Firm’s website, which forwards the data directly to the personnel responsible for recruitment and selection, without the data being stored on the website.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING, TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED, LEGAL BASIS, NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA, RETENTION PERIOD.
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purposes of recruiting and selecting its personnel. For these purposes, the personal data¹ that you have provided to the Data Controller will be processed. If you have also provided special categories of personal data², the provision of such data constitutes your consent to the processing of that category of data for personnel recruitment and selection purposes.
Your ordinary personal data will be processed on the basis of the following condition of lawfulness: “legitimate interest”.
For these purposes, your personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose indicated above, and the collected data will not be retained unless you are hired.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed by appropriately trained employees who have been appointed as authorised persons and/or designated persons and/or persons in charge of processing, whether internal or external, in relation to ordinary/special categories of data.
In order to comply with the obligations incumbent upon the Data Controller, the latter may disclose your data, following inspections or audits and where requested, to all competent inspection authorities.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD
The Data Controller informs you that the personal data you provide are not transferred to third countries; should any processing activities be transferred to a third country, such transfer will be carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements laid down in Chapter V of European Regulation No. 679/2016.

With regard to your right to be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, we hereby inform you that your personal data will not be subject to such processing.
