Dr Patrick Cavallo

Senior partner

Dr Patrick Cavallo is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with more than twenty years of professional experience. He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and has been a member of the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1999 (No. 5365 – Section A). In 1999, he co-founded Ferrari Cavallo, contributing to the development of a professional firm focused on providing strategic assistance to individuals, families, and businesses in the management and enhancement of their assets. Over the course of his career, he has developed specific expertise in the following areas:
  • real estate asset valuation and planning, with an integrated approach aimed at long-term value optimization;
  • legal guardianship and support administration, with particular attention to the protection of vulnerable individuals;
  • asset protection and wealth management, aimed at the effective preservation and transfer of wealth;
  • extraordinary transactions, assisting clients in complex restructuring and growth processes.
His advisory approach is highly personalized, focused on understanding clients’ needs and designing tailor-made solutions, while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Dr Giorgio Ferrari

Senior Partner

Dr Giorgio Ferrari is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with extensive professional experience. He graduated in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and has been registered with the Milan Board of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1985 (No. 1831 – Section A).

In 1999, he co-founded Ferrari Cavallo, contributing to the development of a firm focused on providing strategic advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses in asset management and enhancement.
Throughout his career, he has developed significant expertise in tax and corporate advisory services, with particular focus on real estate asset planning and valuation. He has also gained extensive experience advising corporate groups and structuring holding companies, including in international contexts, supporting clients in defining efficient organizational and tax structures.

He is actively engaged in the protection of vulnerable individuals through legal guardianship roles. In addition, he serves on boards of statutory auditors, including for listed companies, supporting businesses in control and supervisory activities with a rigorous, quality-driven approach.

Dr Rizziero Garattini

Senior partner

Dr Rizziero Garattini is a Chartered Accountant with extensive professional experience. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and has been registered with the Milan Board of Chartered Accountants since 1981 (No. 1371).

Founder of Garattini Picozzi Firm, in 2021 he led the integration process into Ferrari Cavallo, contributing to the development and strengthening of the firm’s organizational structure.

Over the years, he has acquired significant expertise in tax and corporate advisory services, assisting companies of various sizes and operating in different sectors. He has a particular specialization in the real estate sector, both in property management and construction activities.

He is also actively involved in supporting Third Sector entities, including associations and foundations, providing qualified advisory services in tax, accounting, and organizational matters.
He has developed solid experience in corporate restructuring operations, assisting companies in turnaround and reorganization processes.

He serves as Statutory Auditor and Legal Auditor for numerous commercial companies and Third Sector entities, ensuring high standards of control, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
He is also a Sustainability Auditor registered with the register managed by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

Dr Cecilia Garattini

Senior partner

Dr Cecilia Garattini is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, with experience in corporate advisory services, governance, and statutory audit. She has been a Partner at Ferrari Cavallo since February 2023.


She supports industrial, commercial, and holding companies in their management, control, and development processes. She holds appointments in control bodies of several companies and has also gained experience in structured environments and listed companies.

She is involved in Third Sector entities and supports organizations and businesses operating in the field of microcredit.
She is qualified as a sustainability auditor and also acts as a tutor for the National Microcredit Agency. She actively participates in the institutional life of the profession as Treasurer of the UGDCEC Milan Executive Board.

Dr. Francesco Garavaglia

Senior partner

Dr Francesco Garavaglia has been a Partner at Ferrari Cavallo since 2021, following extensive experience as an internal professional collaborator starting in 2008. He has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2008. During his professional activity, he has developed specific expertise in advising corporate groups and in structuring holding companies, including in international contexts, supporting clients in defining efficient organizational and tax structures. He has also gained substantial expertise in VAT matters, with particular focus on complex and cross-border transactions. He holds positions on boards of statutory auditors and serves as a statutory auditor, supporting companies in control and supervisory activities with a rigorous, quality-oriented approach.

Dr Gian Luca Davide Lonati

Senior partner

Dr Gian Luca Davide Lonati has collaborated with Ferrari Cavallo since 2002, first gaining experience at the Milan office and later at the Rho office, before becoming a full Partner in 2021. He graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the Milan Order since 2006 (No. 6691 – Section A) and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2011 (No. 160981). Throughout his career, he has developed specific expertise in company valuations, due diligence, and accounting and tax activities, supporting businesses in these areas. He has also gained significant expertise in VAT matters, particularly in relation to construction activities and both intra-EU and non-EU transactions.

Dr Donatella Clemente

Senior accountant

Dr Donatella Clemente holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Foggia. She began her professional career in 2010 at two professional firms in the province of Foggia. In 2019, she moved to Milan and started her career at Ferrari Cavallo. Her main areas of activity include:

Valentina Porretti

Senior accountant

Valentina Porretti obtained her diploma in Accounting in 2008 from the Pietro Custodi Institute. She began her career in 2008 at Rating Lab Firm and continued at Garattini Picozzi Firm, where she consolidated her professional experience. She joined Ferrari Cavallo in 2021. Her main areas of activity include:
  • corporations and partnerships;
  • professionals and sole proprietorships;
  • preparation of annual financial statements;
  • tax returns, IMU, and Form 730 filings;
  • VAT regulations.

Dr Laura Buglione

Tax specialist

Dr Laura Buglione obtained a Master’s degree in Administration, Control, and Professional Practice in 2022 from the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro”. She has been registered with the Milan Board of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2024 (No. 12239 – Section A) and, since 2025, she has been completing her traineeship to qualify as a Statutory Auditor. She began her professional career at Ferrari Cavallo in 2019 as a trainee. During her activity, she has acquired expertise in accounting and taxation, dealing with bookkeeping, VAT regulations, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, succession matters, anti-money laundering regulations, IMU, VAT refund procedures, and management of lease agreements.

Dr Carolina Mele

Tax specialist

Dr Carolina Mele has been collaborating with Ferrari Cavallo since 2017. She obtained a Master’s degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2019 and is a Chartered Accountant, registered with the Milan Order since 2022 (No. 11695 – Section A). During her professional experience, she has developed expertise in accounting and taxation, dealing with bookkeeping, VAT regulations, preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and pre-litigation tax advisory activities. She currently focuses on supporting companies and professionals in internationalization processes, with particular emphasis on relations between Italy and France, actively collaborating with the French Chamber of Commerce in Italy. She also holds appointments on boards of auditors.

Junior accountant

Trainee
Dr Christian Ogliari obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro” and is currently completing a degree in Economics at Pegaso Telematic University. He joined Ferrari Cavallo in June 2025.
His main activities include simplified and ordinary accounting, tax returns, IMU, VAT regulations, and Form 730 filings.

Junior accountant

Sofia Guidugli obtained her diploma in Accounting in 2024 and joined Ferrari Cavallo in July 2025. She mainly deals with:

  • secretarial activities.

Rag. Tiziana Re Dionigi

Senior accountant

Tiziana Re Dionigi obtained her diploma in Accounting in 1986. She began her professional career in 1987 and has been working with Ferrari Cavallo since 2006. Her current responsibilities include accounting management, VAT compliance and related filings, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, management of lease agreements, and IMU compliance.

Assistant

Daria Asendulesei obtained her diploma in Accounting in 2022 and joined Ferrari Cavallo in October 2025. She mainly handles:

Dott. Gabriele Calati

Junior Accountant

Dr Gabriele Calati obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2024 from the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro” and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Administration, Control, and Professional Practice at the same university.
He joined Ferrari Cavallo in May 2024. During his activity, he has gained experience in accounting and taxation, focusing in particular on ordinary accounting for corporations and simplified accounting for professionals and sole proprietors, VAT regulations, preparation of Forms 770 and CU, anti-money laundering compliance, IMU, and lease management.

Dott. Claudio Magnani

Of Counsel

Dr Claudio Magnani has been collaborating with Ferrari Cavallo since 2017. He is a Labour Consultant, registered with the Milan Order of Labour Consultants since 2010 (No. 2378).
He supports companies and professionals in managing employment relationships, from day-to-day administration to labor cost planning, and in relations with social security institutions and inspection authorities.

He has developed specific expertise in the entertainment sector, managing the complexities related to former ENPALS positions and the correct classification of artists and workers under employment, freelance, and intermittent contracts.
His approach is based on preventing disputes and ensuring sustainable contractual models, providing operational security for employers and maximum protection for employees.

Dott.ssa Deborah Comaglio
Payroll specialist

Dr Deborah Comaglio holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Milan-Bicocca.

As Payroll Specialist, she manages the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the processing of salary, tax, and social security data.

She is also responsible for mandatory employment communications (Unilav) for hiring, extensions, transformations, and terminations. Her work combines technical rigor with strong problem-solving skills, supporting companies in managing annual compliance obligations and monitoring labor costs.

Rag. Damariz Solorzano
Trainee
Damariz Solorzano graduated in Business Administration in 2023 and completed an ITS program in finance at the Galdus Institute, which allowed her to develop practical skills in administrative and accounting activities.

During her education, she completed two internship periods at Ferrari Cavallo between September 2024 and July 2025, which enabled her to strengthen her knowledge and gain operational autonomy.

She currently works at the firm, mainly dealing with:
  • general accounting;
  • IMU
  • CU (Single Certification);
  • Forms 770 and 730.
